Ingredients
  • 4 or 5 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Pkg Escort Crackers
  • 2 Cans Sliced Water Chestnuts
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can of broth from cooked chicken
  • 1 Stick of Butter
Instructions
  1. Boil 4 or 5 Chicken Breasts until done
  2. Cut up
  3. Spray 9X13 glass baking dish with Pam
  4. Crumb one package of Escort crackers
  5. Sprinkle ½ of cracker crumbs on bottom of dish
  6. Spread cut up chicken over cracker crumbs next
  7. Put 1 to 2 cans of sliced water chestnuts over chicken
  8. Mix 8 oz Sour Cream, 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup and one can of broth from boiling the chicken
  9. Pour over everything in the dish
  10. Sprinkle remaining crackers over the top
  11. Melt the stick of butter
  12. Pour over the top of dish
  13. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min
