Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 or 5 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Pkg Escort Crackers
- 2 Cans Sliced Water Chestnuts
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can of broth from cooked chicken
- 1 Stick of Butter
Instructions
- Boil 4 or 5 Chicken Breasts until done
- Cut up
- Spray 9X13 glass baking dish with Pam
- Crumb one package of Escort crackers
- Sprinkle ½ of cracker crumbs on bottom of dish
- Spread cut up chicken over cracker crumbs next
- Put 1 to 2 cans of sliced water chestnuts over chicken
- Mix 8 oz Sour Cream, 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup and one can of broth from boiling the chicken
- Pour over everything in the dish
- Sprinkle remaining crackers over the top
- Melt the stick of butter
- Pour over the top of dish
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min
