Blackberry Cobbler

Through the years Dad has morphed his Blackberry Cobbler recipe to be the best around.
Ingredients
- 3 pkg. Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crusts
- Deep 13 x 9 Pan (Stoneware)
- 6 - 12 oz. bags frozen Blackberries, thawed
- 3 C. Sugar
- ¾ C. Flour
- 3 T. Cornstarch
- Butter
Instructions
- Combine Flour, Cornstarch, and Sugar.
- Mix with Berries.
- Line bottom of pan with 1 ½ Crusts.
- Place half of Berry mixture next.
- Dot with Butter.
- Add second layer of Crusts.
- Add remaining Berries and dot with Butter.
- Top with last of Crusts.
- Brush with Milk and sprinkle with Sugar.
- Bake at 400 F. for 45 min. or until done and crust is golden brown.
