Through the years Dad has morphed his Blackberry Cobbler recipe to be the best around.
Ingredients
  • 3 pkg. Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crusts
  • Deep 13 x 9 Pan (Stoneware)
  • 6 - 12 oz. bags frozen Blackberries, thawed
  • 3 C. Sugar
  • ¾ C. Flour
  • 3 T. Cornstarch
  • Butter
Instructions
  1. Combine Flour, Cornstarch, and Sugar.
  2. Mix with Berries.
  3. Line bottom of pan with 1 ½ Crusts.
  4. Place half of Berry mixture next.
  5. Dot with Butter.
  6. Add second layer of Crusts.
  7. Add remaining Berries and dot with Butter.
  8. Top with last of Crusts.
  9. Brush with Milk and sprinkle with Sugar.
  10. Bake at 400 F. for 45 min. or until done and crust is golden brown.
