I finally went the route of making my own homemade beef rub instead of just personalizing store bought rubs.
Ingredients
  • 2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1¼ Cup Paprika
  • ¾ Cup Kosher Salt
  • ½ Cup Granulated Garlic
  • ½ Cup Granulated Onion
  • ½ Cup Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • ½ Cup Chipotle Pepper
  • ½ Cup Sugar in the Raw
  • ¼ Cup Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Dried Parsley
  • 3 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Tbs Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tbs Ground Coriander
  • 1 Tbs Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp ​Hot Chili Powder
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried parsley, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, oregano, hot chili powder, Tony Chachere's, chipotle and Sugar in the Raw until thoroughly mixed.
