Barry's Wing Sauce - Mild

It was time for a homemade wing sauce recipe.
Ingredients
- ⅔ Cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- ½ Cup Cold, Unsalted Butter
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 1½ Tbs White Vinegar
- ¼ Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ Tsp Granulated Garlic
- ¼ Tsp Granulated Onion
- ¼ Tsp Season Salt
- ¼ Tsp Kosher Salt
- Dash Pepper
Instructions
- Melt stick of butter over medium heat.
- When melted, add Frank's Hot Sauce and whisk together
- Whisk in honey, vinegar and Worcestershire Sauce
- Whisk in dry ingredients
- Bring to a boil, whisking regularly
- Allow to cool
- Add sauce and wings to a bowl to toss
