It was time for a homemade wing sauce recipe.
Ingredients
  • ⅔ Cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • ½ Cup Cold, Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 1½ Tbs White Vinegar
  • ¼ Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Granulated Garlic
  • ¼ Tsp Granulated Onion
  • ¼ Tsp Season Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • Dash Pepper
Instructions
  1. Melt stick of butter over medium heat.
  2. When melted, add Frank's Hot Sauce and whisk together
  3. Whisk in honey, vinegar and Worcestershire Sauce
  4. Whisk in dry ingredients
  5. Bring to a boil, whisking regularly
  6. Allow to cool
  7. Add sauce and wings to a bowl to toss
