David, Amanda and Malory Underwood have been making Strawberry Salads for some of the events we have been doing. They have been a huge hit.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Hull and slice strawberries
  2. For 6" Pan
  3. Empty 1 package of spring mix into pan
  4. Sprinkle layer of feta cheese
  5. Sprinkle layer of sliced craisins
  6. Mix layers of spring mix, feta cheese and craisins
  7. Top with layer of sliced strawberries
  8. Repeat two more times with each of the packages of spring mix
  9. Top with layer of sliced almonds
  10. For (2) 2.5" Pans
  11. Empty 1 package of spring mix into each pan
  12. Sprinkle layer of feta cheese
  13. Sprinkle layer of craisins
  14. Mix layers of spring mix, feta cheese and craisins
  15. Top with layer of sliced strawberries
  16. Top each pan with half of the remaining package of spring mix
  17. Sprinkle layer of feta cheese
  18. Sprinkle layer of craisins
  19. Mix layers of spring mix, feta cheese and craisins
  20. Top with layer of sliced strawberries
  21. Top with layer of sliced almonds
