Finn's Finest BBQ Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 32 oz Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 Lb Macaroni
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
- BBQ Rub
Instructions
- Preheat smoker/oven to 325 degrees
- Prepare pasta according to instructions on package
- Place cheese in large bowl
- In separate bowl, mix the eggs with the heavy whipping cream
- Spray pan thoroughly
- Slice the sticks of butter into pats
- Add half the pats of butter to the bottom of pan
- Add half the macaroni
- Layer half of the cheese on top of the macaroni
- Liberally salt and pepper on top of the layer
- Dust the layer with BBQ rub
- Add the rest of the macaroni
- Top with the remainder of the cheese
- Add the remaining half of the pats of butter to the top of the cheese
- Dust the top with BBQ rub
- Pour the egg and heavy whipping cream mixture over the layered dish until the pan is half full, no more.
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Rotate
- Bake for additional 45 minutes or until the liquid is gone and the macaroni browns on top
