Capellini Pomodoro

I tried this at Olive Garden and started experimenting. I ended up with this and can't even look at Olive Garden's any more. This can be doctored up by adding chicken or shrimp if you so desire.
Ingredients
- 14 oz Capellini pasta (angel hair)
- 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
- 11 fresh basil leaves chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 6 Tablespoons of olive oil
- Kosher salt and ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix diced tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Cook pasta according to directions on package
- Drain pasta.
- Toss pasta with tomato mixture in a sauté pan and heat throughout.
- Serve immediately
