Barry's Spaghetti Sauce

A hearty meat sauce, easily made from combining Emeril's sauces, ground beef, Italian sausage and various seasonings.
Ingredients
- 1 jar Emeril’s Homestyle Marinara Sauce
- 1 jar Emeril's Roasted Gahlic Sauce
- 1 jar Emeril’s Kicked-Up Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Lb. Mild Italian Sausage
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
- Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Add jars of sauce to stock pot over low-medium heat.
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Season ground beef with oregano, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and ground peppercorn. Drain and add to stock pot.
- Brown Italian sausage in the same skillet. Season Italian sausage with oregano, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and ground peppercorn. Drain and add to stock pot.
- Mix meat and sauce well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.
- Add kosher salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 15 - 20 min. on low heat, continuing to heat through.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
