A hearty meat sauce, easily made from combining Emeril's sauces, ground beef, Italian sausage and various seasonings.
Ingredients
  • 1 jar Emeril’s Homestyle Marinara Sauce
  • 1 jar Emeril's Roasted Gahlic Sauce
  • 1 jar Emeril’s Kicked-Up Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Lb. Mild Italian Sausage
  • Kosher Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Add jars of sauce to stock pot over low-medium heat.
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet. Season ground beef with oregano, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and ground peppercorn. Drain and add to stock pot.
  3. Brown Italian sausage in the same skillet. Season Italian sausage with oregano, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and ground peppercorn. Drain and add to stock pot.
  4. Mix meat and sauce well.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.
  6. Add kosher salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  7. Simmer for 15 - 20 min. on low heat, continuing to heat through.
  8. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
