Pizza Sauce

This recipe came from my friend Matt King at Cisco. I love it on Pizza, as a dipping sauce for crust, bread sticks, cheese sticks, you name it. Reminds me of the red sauce from Pizza Hut in Spencer.
Ingredients
- 10 oz. can Tomato Puree
- 6 oz. can Tomato Paste
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Granulated Garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Oregano
- 1 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
- 2 teaspoons of Sugar
Instructions
- Combine puree and paste and mix to even consistency.
- Add granulated garlic, oregano, kosher salt, sugar and thoroughly mix.
- Store in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to marry.
