This is Lisa's recipe that is a hit at every gathering we have.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cans Virgo Artichoke Hearts
  • ⅔ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Tsp Franks Red Hot
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Drain liquid from artichokes
  3. Finely chop artichokes
  4. Mix all ingredients together in glass casserole dish
  5. Bake for 35 or until starting to brown on top
