Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is the recipe that Monet is required to bring to every family gathering we have.
Ingredients
- 2 Cans of Chicken.
- 1 Tsp of Minced Garlic
- ⅔ Cup of Franks Red Hot
- 8 oz Package of Cream Cheese
- 2 Handfuls of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Blue Cheese Dressing (add to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a sauce pan, heat chicken and garlic, breaking apart the chunks of chicken.
- Add ⅔ cup of Franks Red Hot and first handful of cheese.
- Mix ingredients together,
- Once well mixed (doesn't not have to boil or get too hot) put into a baking dish.
- In same sauce pan ,add package of cream cheese and start to stir in blue cheese dressing until cream cheese melts.
- Once melted add back in chicken mixture and stir together, making sure there are no cream cheese chunks.
- Once mixed, place into baking dish add second handful of cheese on top of dip.
- Place in oven for about 30 to 35 min or until cheese has melted and is bubbly.
