Cheddar Chicken Divan

Ingredients
- 2 – 10 pkg. frozen Broccoli or Asparagus Spears, cooked and well drained ( I use Broccoli Florets)
- 3 lb. (4) Chicken Breasts, cooked, diced
- 2 C. Sharp Cheddar, shredded
- ¼ C. Butter
- ¼ C. Flour
- 2 C. Skim Milk
- ½ tsp. Salt
- Dash Cayenne
Instructions
- Make a White Sauce with Butter, Flour, Milk, and Seasonings.
- Add 1 ¾ C. Cheese.
- Stir until melted.
- Arrange Broccoli and Chicken in 11 x 7 baking dish.
- Top with Sauce.
- Bake at 375 F for 35 to 40 min. or until hot.
- Sprinkle with remaining Cheese & Almonds.
