Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

  • 2 ½ C. Spaghetti broken into 2 in. pieces, then cooked and drained
  • 4 C. Chicken, cooked with Kitchen Spice and cubed
  • ½ C. Green Pepper, chopped or can chopped Green Chilies (I use green chilies)
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 ½ C. Chicken Broth ½ tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded (Use more)
  1. Cook Onion, Green Pepper, Salt, and Pepper in broth until tender.
  2. Mix broth with vegetables and soups together.
  3. Combine Chicken, cooked Spaghetti, and Soup mixture with Cheese, reserving some for topping, and pour into 13 by 9 dish sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  5. Sprinkle about 1 ½ C. Cheese on top and continue baking for 10 min., making sure casserole bubbles through.
