Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 ½ C. Spaghetti broken into 2 in. pieces, then cooked and drained
- 4 C. Chicken, cooked with Kitchen Spice and cubed
- ½ C. Green Pepper, chopped or can chopped Green Chilies (I use green chilies)
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 ½ C. Chicken Broth ½ tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Pepper
- 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded (Use more)
Instructions
- Cook Onion, Green Pepper, Salt, and Pepper in broth until tender.
- Mix broth with vegetables and soups together.
- Combine Chicken, cooked Spaghetti, and Soup mixture with Cheese, reserving some for topping, and pour into 13 by 9 dish sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Sprinkle about 1 ½ C. Cheese on top and continue baking for 10 min., making sure casserole bubbles through.
