Ingredients
  • 1 lg. can Chicken, white meat, drained
  • ½ C. Celery, chopped
  • ½ C. light Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • ½ C. Onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. light Cream Cheese, softened
  • Seasoned Salt to taste, small amount
Instructions
  1. Place celery and onion in food processor to chop on pulse but don’t finely chop yet.
  2. Add Mayonnaise, Cream Cheese (I use Hellmann’s Light and light Cream Cheese), Chicken and a few sprinkles of Seasoned Salt to taste and process until smooth.
  3. Serve with Town House Crackers, Triscuits, or Wheat Thins.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. I typically double this recipe
