Chicken Spread

Ingredients
- 1 lg. can Chicken, white meat, drained
- ½ C. Celery, chopped
- ½ C. light Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- ½ C. Onion, chopped
- 8 oz. light Cream Cheese, softened
- Seasoned Salt to taste, small amount
Instructions
- Place celery and onion in food processor to chop on pulse but don’t finely chop yet.
- Add Mayonnaise, Cream Cheese (I use Hellmann’s Light and light Cream Cheese), Chicken and a few sprinkles of Seasoned Salt to taste and process until smooth.
- Serve with Town House Crackers, Triscuits, or Wheat Thins.
- Refrigerate.
