This is one of my favorite cakes of all time
Ingredients
  • Batter
  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 T. Crisco Oil
  • 1 sm. pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1⅓ C. Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • Streusel Mix
  • ⅔ C. Flour
  • ⅔ C. Brown Sugar
  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3 T. Butter, melted
  • Glaze
  • 1 C. Powdered Sugar
  • 1½ T. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
  1. In mixing bowl, blend Cake Mix, Oil, Pudding Mix, Water and Eggs.
  2. Beat 2 min. at med. speed.
  3. Do not over mix.
  4. Spread ¾ Batter in greased and floured Bundt pan.
  5. Combine Streusel ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle ⅔ C. over Batter,
  7. Add remaining Batter,
  8. Top with remaining Streusel and swirl with knife through batter.
  9. Bake 375 F for 40-50 minutes testing with a toothpick for doneness.
  10. Cool 25 min and remove from pan.
  11. Mix Glaze well
  12. Drizzle over cake
