Cinnamon Streusel Cake

This is one of my favorite cakes of all time
Ingredients
- Batter
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 T. Crisco Oil
- 1 sm. pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1⅓ C. Water
- 2 Eggs
- Streusel Mix
- ⅔ C. Flour
- ⅔ C. Brown Sugar
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3 T. Butter, melted
- Glaze
- 1 C. Powdered Sugar
- 1½ T. Milk
- 1 tsp. Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, blend Cake Mix, Oil, Pudding Mix, Water and Eggs.
- Beat 2 min. at med. speed.
- Do not over mix.
- Spread ¾ Batter in greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Combine Streusel ingredients.
- Sprinkle ⅔ C. over Batter,
- Add remaining Batter,
- Top with remaining Streusel and swirl with knife through batter.
- Bake 375 F for 40-50 minutes testing with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool 25 min and remove from pan.
- Mix Glaze well
- Drizzle over cake
