Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 3 lb. Lean Ground Round
- 1 ¼ C. Quaker Oats
- 1 C. Tomato Sauce
- 1 ¼ C. Bread Crumbs
- 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 3 Eggs or substitute
- ¾ C. Onion, chopped
- 2½ tsp. Salt,
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- Mixture of Ketchup and Brown Sugar for topping
- Green Pepper Rings for top
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients except toppings.
- Mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Pat into 2 or 3 - 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Let meatloaf stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
- (I use 3 lb. Ground round and make three at a time to freeze.)
