  • 6 Egg Yolks
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • Lg. can Eagle Brand Milk
  • Lg. can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Dark Corn Syrup
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put a baking pan with water inside the oven.
  3. Separate 6 egg whites and egg yolks.
  4. Add 2 full eggs to the yolk mixture.
  5. Add 1 can each of condensed milk and evaporated milk.
  6. Add vanilla.
  7. Pour Karo syrup in your mold .
  8. Spread it all around including the sides of the mold.
  9. Strain the mixture into the mold.
  10. Cover the mold with foil.
  11. Put in the baking pan with water that is in the oven.
  12. Be careful not to scald yourself.
  13. Bake for 1 hour.
  14. Take out the mold from the oven.
  15. Remove foil cover.
  16. Loosen the sides of the mold and then invert the flan in a pie plate.
  17. Serve warm or cold.
