Leche Flan

Ingredients
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 2 whole Eggs
- Lg. can Eagle Brand Milk
- Lg. can Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Dark Corn Syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put a baking pan with water inside the oven.
- Separate 6 egg whites and egg yolks.
- Add 2 full eggs to the yolk mixture.
- Add 1 can each of condensed milk and evaporated milk.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour Karo syrup in your mold .
- Spread it all around including the sides of the mold.
- Strain the mixture into the mold.
- Cover the mold with foil.
- Put in the baking pan with water that is in the oven.
- Be careful not to scald yourself.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Take out the mold from the oven.
- Remove foil cover.
- Loosen the sides of the mold and then invert the flan in a pie plate.
- Serve warm or cold.
