Sweet Potato Casserole

This is the sweet potato casserole we all grew up on. Lisa makes it every year as part of our Thanksgiving Feast!
Ingredients
- 3 C mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ C Milk
- ½ C Butter, melted
- Topping:
- ½ C Brown Sugar
- ⅓ C Flour
- ⅓ C Butter, melted
- 1 C Pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Pour into a buttered 1½ to 2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and browned.
- Serves 6 to 8.
