Colt's Wing Marinade

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Cups White Wine
- 2 Tbs Tabasco Sauce
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- ½ Cup Basil
- ½ CupOregano
- 1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
- 4 Bay Leaves
Instructions
- Combine olive oil and white whine in pan
- Smash garlic cloves and add to mixture
- Add cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce to mixture
- Whisk in basil and oregano
- Add bay leaves and stir to finish combining
- Pour over wings in sealed container
- Refrigerate for minimum of 6 hours
