Church Chicken Rub

This is the rub recipe for David Underwood's famous chicken he makes for Grace Community Church outings. Don't forget to brine the chicken prior to cooking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Salt
- 2 cup Paprika
- 1⅓ cup White Sugar
- 2⅔ cup Brown Sugar
- 4 tbsp Ground Mustard
- 2 tsp White Pepper
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Celery Seed
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Store in airtight container
