Martin Family Macaroni Salad

I was never a big fan of traditional macaroni salad with peppers and other colorful things. That said, this is the one I grew up on at all of our family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 Box Macaroni Noodles, size depending on amount needed
- 1 Dozen Eggs, hard boiled
- 1 Quart Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, chilled
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook Macaroni in salted water according to box instructions
- Drain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking
- Hard boil one dozen eggs until done
- Remove shells when cold
- Chop eggs but do not mush
- Combine Macaroni and Hellmann’s in large bowl
- Add Mayonnaise to make creamy
- Salt and pepper to taste
- The amount of Macaroni and Eggs cooked depends on how many you are feeding.
- Depending on amount of salad you need it is always good to have an extra jar Hellmann’s!
- Hint - mix Macaroni and Hellmann’s first until desired consistency.
- Add chopped Eggs next and gently combine.
