Martin Family Macaroni Salad

I was never a big fan of traditional macaroni salad with peppers and other colorful things. That said, this is the one I grew up on at all of our family gatherings.
  • 1 Box Macaroni Noodles, size depending on amount needed
  • 1 Dozen Eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 Quart Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, chilled
  • Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  1. Cook Macaroni in salted water according to box instructions
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking
  3. Hard boil one dozen eggs until done
  4. Remove shells when cold
  5. Chop eggs but do not mush
  6. Combine Macaroni and Hellmann’s in large bowl
  7. Add Mayonnaise to make creamy
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. The amount of Macaroni and Eggs cooked depends on how many you are feeding.
  10. Depending on amount of salad you need it is always good to have an extra jar Hellmann’s!
  11. Hint - mix Macaroni and Hellmann’s first until desired consistency.
  12. Add chopped Eggs next and gently combine.
