Barbecued Hamburgers

This is one of my all time favorites that I tend to eat way too much of
  • ½ C. Catalina Dressing
  • ½ C. French’s Mustard
  • 1 C. Heinz Ketchup
  • 1 C. Brown Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Onions, sliced
  • Hamburger patties (I use ground round)
  1. Brown, but don’t cook, Hamburger patties in skillet seasoning with Salt and Pepper
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Place patties in baking dish.
  4. Slice onions and ring them on top of patties.
  5. Mix Dressing, Mustard, Ketchup, and Brown Sugar, stirring until well blended. Pour sauce over patties and cover dish with foil.
  6. For 12 to 15 patties, I double the sauce.
  7. Then, bake at 325 F. for 1 ½ hours.
