Barbecued Hamburgers

This is one of my all time favorites that I tend to eat way too much of
Ingredients
- ½ C. Catalina Dressing
- ½ C. French’s Mustard
- 1 C. Heinz Ketchup
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- Salt & Pepper
- Onions, sliced
- Hamburger patties (I use ground round)
Instructions
- Brown, but don’t cook, Hamburger patties in skillet seasoning with Salt and Pepper
- Drain on paper towels.
- Place patties in baking dish.
- Slice onions and ring them on top of patties.
- Mix Dressing, Mustard, Ketchup, and Brown Sugar, stirring until well blended. Pour sauce over patties and cover dish with foil.
- For 12 to 15 patties, I double the sauce.
- Then, bake at 325 F. for 1 ½ hours.
