Chicken Washington

Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 ½ T. Cheese, grated
- Egg, beaten
- Cream of Chicken Soup
- ⅔ can Water
- Cracker Crumbs
Instructions
- Pound Chicken to flatten.
- Salt and Pepper inside of Chicken.
- Place Cheese inside and roll up each piece and secure with toothpick.
- Roll in Egg and Cracker Crumbs.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Place in baking dish with Cream of Chicken Soup mixed with Water.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hr. or until tender.
