Chicken Water Chestnut Casserole

This is one of Dad's favorites
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts (Sprinkle with Kitchen Spice)
- 2 pkg. Club Crackers
- 2 cans Water Chestnuts, sliced
- 12 oz. Lt. Sour Cream
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, Healthy Request
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 can Broth from cooked Chicken or canned
- 1 stick Butter, melted
Instructions
- Boil Chicken until done.
- Crumb crackers.
- Spread 1 pkg. of crackers in bottom of baking dish that was sprayed with Pam.
- Cube Chicken and spread next.
- Sprinkle Water Chestnuts next.
- Mix Lt. Sour Cream, Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup, and Chicken Broth together.
- Pour next into dish.
- Sprinkle 1 pkg. crumbed crackers over all.
- Pour melted butter over all.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 - 45 min. until bubbles through.
