This is one of Dad's favorites
  • 4 Chicken Breasts (Sprinkle with Kitchen Spice)
  • 2 pkg. Club Crackers
  • 2 cans Water Chestnuts, sliced
  • 12 oz. Lt. Sour Cream
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, Healthy Request
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 can Broth from cooked Chicken or canned
  • 1 stick Butter, melted
  1. Boil Chicken until done.
  2. Crumb crackers.
  3. Spread 1 pkg. of crackers in bottom of baking dish that was sprayed with Pam.
  4. Cube Chicken and spread next.
  5. Sprinkle Water Chestnuts next.
  6. Mix Lt. Sour Cream, Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup, and Chicken Broth together.
  7. Pour next into dish.
  8. Sprinkle 1 pkg. crumbed crackers over all.
  9. Pour melted butter over all.
  10. Bake at 350 F for 30 - 45 min. until bubbles through.
