Ingredients
  • 1st Layer
  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • ½ C. Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 C. Nuts, chopped
  • 2nd Layer
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 lb. box Powdered Sugar
  • ½ C. Coconut
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
Instructions
  1. Mix 1st Layer ingredients and press into greased 13 x 9 cake pan.
  2. Beat 2nd Layer ingredients well and pour over 1st layer.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
