Taco Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Nacho or Tostitos Chips
- 2-3 C. Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 can Refried Beans
- Sour Cream
- ¾ C. or small jar Taco Sauce
- Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 lb. Ground Round
- Chile Peppers, optional
- 1 lg. Onion
- Black Olives, optional
- 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
- Favorite toppings
Instructions
- Crush chips and put in 13 x 9 casserole dish.
- Heat Re-fried Beans and Taco Sauce in pan or microwave and spread evenly over chips.
- Brown meat with onion and drain,
- Add Taco Seasoning and water
- Simmer.
- Spread this on top of Beans.
- Top with Cheese, may use Cheddar or mixture.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
- Top with remaining ingredients or favorite toppings.
- Enjoy!
